1 General Provisions & Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bd9i platform and you ("you" or "member"). By browsing the bd9i website, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use bd9i after any changes will be considered automatic acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you are requested to close your account immediately.

• These Terms apply to adults residing in Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
• bd9i reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

To open a valid account on bd9i, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If any information provided at registration changes, the support team must be notified immediately.

3 Age Verification

bd9i is operated exclusively for individuals aged 21 or older. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. In cases of doubt, bd9i may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

If verification confirms that a member is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings from that account may be forfeited. Allowing minors to open accounts is against bd9i policy.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the bd9i platform are processed through payment methods available in Bangladesh. Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (applicable for all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is usually completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed. Withdrawal requests may remain pending until verification is complete. bd9i reserves the right to hold withdrawals during investigation if any suspicious transaction is identified.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

All bonus and promotional offers from bd9i are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Wagering Requirement: A 20x wager on the bonus amount must be completed. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
• Bonuses are for the individual in whose name the account is registered — they are not transferable.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• bd9i reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be closed and winnings forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure proper use of the bd9i platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Placing artificial bets or engaging in bonus arbitrage with the intention of abusing the bonus system.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or error in the platform.
• Assisting or encouraging minors to participate in gaming.
• Using the bd9i brand, logo, or identity without permission.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

7 Responsible Gaming

bd9i believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner. We encourage members to set their own limits and maintain healthy gaming habits.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bd9i reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified time.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or personal reasons).

If a breach of Terms is proven at the time of account closure, the balance may be forfeited. However, under normal circumstances, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw a valid balance before the account is closed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd9i website — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and game content — is intellectual property owned by bd9i or its licensors.

• Copying, modifying, or distributing any content beyond personal, non-commercial use by members is prohibited.
• Use of the bd9i logo or trademarks without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform is prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with bd9i's privacy policy. We use SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The bd9i platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. bd9i is not directly liable if a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, server outage, or internet connection issue.

• bd9i reserves the right to void any bets placed based on erroneous odds or amounts that were displayed incorrectly.
• bd9i reserves the right to correct any incorrect balance displayed due to a technical error.
• bd9i does not bear liability for any loss resulting from internet connection issues or device failure.
• bd9i's liability to you will never exceed the amount you have personally deposited into your account.

bd9i's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, and 1.2% for Platinum.

• VIP tier placement is at bd9i's discretion and is determined based on gaming activity and platform engagement.
• Cashback benefits may be provided in the form of a bonus and applicable wagering requirements may apply.
• VIP benefits are personal — they are not transferable.
